What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help sites function and can provide information about how a site is used.
How we use cookies
We keep cookies to a minimum. We use only what is necessary for the site to work, plus optional analytics cookies that run exclusively if you accept them.
Categories we use
- Strictly necessary: needed for the site to function and to remember your cookie choice. Always on.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, to understand site usage anonymously. Off by default; loaded only with your consent.
The cookies we use
- ba-consent (necessary): remembers your cookie preference. Stored in your browser.
- _ga (analytics, Google): distinguishes users. Expires after ~2 years.
- _ga_* (analytics, Google): maintains session state. Expires after ~2 years.
Managing your preferences
You can accept or reject analytics cookies when you first visit, and change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Rejecting means no analytics cookies are set. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.
